Difference between the registration charges before and after getting completion certificate.

Before getting Completion certificate, 11% on UDS for sale deed, and 2 % on construction cost for construction agreement.

After getting completion certificate, 11% on total flat cost. . . . . . .. . .. . . . . . .. . . . .//////////////////////////////////////////////////

Before getting completion certificate you have to pay GST for the construction cost and after getting Completion Certificate it will be considered as a completed flat and the purchase of it wouldn't attract GST
