Case dismissed by acquital on compromise, how to close FIR ?

A criminal case under 420 has been disposed by court base on compromise between two parties Now do we need to give certofied order copy to police to get fir closed and removed from records Or the police do it bh itself as court has disposed court ? If order copy need to be given to police, does the person need to give it police by himself or his lawyer can do it? Can anyone please tell what is the process ? If

there is no process of giving certified copies to police to close the fir once the case Is closed in court or disposed the fir will automatically get closed as case is closed so you need not to worry it will as the case is on based on fir it will be closed

hi,

certified copy of orders can be given by the party to the police or even lawyer can do the same. after disposing the case in court, FIR will be closed by court, there will be intimation to police station as well.
