Hello Sir/Madam,

If you have taken the required service after due payment and the company is not doing/giving service as per agreement this is a fit case for consumer deficiencies and consumer case.
You need to approach the consumer court and seek compensation.
For more details please call
Thanks

Firstly you need to send them a Legal Notice through a Lawyer stating the deficiencies in service on their end and highlighting your issues while giving them time to sort this out.

After the lapse of given time period you may file a case in District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum (Consumer Courts) under Deficiency of Service on the part of the Service provider.
