Legal action against car dealer for delay in delivery of car

I have booked a  car 6 months ago.At the time of booking they told me that they will deliver the vehicle with in 3 months...later they changed their statement and told us that they will deliver the vehicle within 5 months...we have waited till last month.then 1day they called us nd told us that the vehicle is ready nd asked us to pay the full amount nf we do d same...But later they said that the color we have specified is not available nd another color is available and if we are interested we can take that...we refused to take that vehicle...now the waiting period of us is over and till now they didn't deliver us the vehicle and also our money is with them...vat we can do...what legal action we can take?

Dear Client,
You can file a complaint against the dealer and the manufacturer , before the Consumer Forum of your area for deficiency of service and unfair trade practices. You can claim the deposited with nominal intrest and mental agony. I think it will be better to contact a Consumer lawyer for the effective prosecution of the case.

if they are not deliver the vehicle as promised earlier, you can file a consumer case before the Consumer disputes redressal forum against their deficiency of Service. or file a case before the civil court for specific performance.
