Sending Legal Notice Before Going To Consumer Court

17-Oct-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I have a Micromax Tablet. Its been in the service center for More than 2 months. Because its been send to repair again for the third time for the same problem. So i would like to get a new device or extended warranty with compensation. So before i go for a consumer court i would like to send a legal Notice. How can i send a legal notice ? If i send a legal notice then later i decide not to go for consumer court even though Micromax not replayed, is there any legal problem with that ? What is expense in sending a legal notice ?

Dear Friend,
If your grievance is not addressed to your satisfaction, you can issue a legal notice.
Do not bother about the reply. Clear narrate the product details with model no.
place and date of purchase, viz, invoice details and details of the loss occured to you
because of the faulty mobile phone and give time of atleast 14 days to redresse the complaint,
(less time in case of the verge of warranty time). and if no reply proceed to file a consumer
case make the seller and the service centre as party addressing the Manager.Ok all the best.

You can send a legal notice through an advocate only. It is immaterial whether you move to the court after you send the legal notice. There is no legal problem regarding that .Cost of the legal notice is variable.
