Dear SirnI got AMC of water purifier on Ist feb 2022 for two year after paying Rs 11200.00 in advance . The terms are that service will b provided with change of candle at 3,6,9,12 months duration and unlimited service at cal but till date no body visited, today morning I called the company and they promised that technician will visit today but no body visited ,what is the recourse

Firstly you need to send them a Legal Notice through a Lawyer stating the deficiencies in service on their end and highlighting your issues while giving them time to sort this out. After the lapse of given time period you may file a case in District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum (Consumer Courts) under Deficiency of Service on the part of the Service provider.
Q: Filing affidavit with fake sign of other stakeolder
Myself and my brother are equal stakeholders in our ancestral agriculture land. My brother filed an affidavit on my behalf for transferring borewell connection in the agriculture land on his name without my knowledge in 2017. When I checked file recently with authority, I found my signature were done on the NOC affidavit required for transferring borewell connection without my knowledge. What I can do now as my forged signatures were used.

You can file an FIR against your brother in the concerned Police Station Under Section 420 IPC for fraud which your brother has played on you.After filing the FIR the Police is going to investigate the matter, meanwhile you can go to the Courts and file a Suit for Injunction for stopping your brother from alienating the property on which you guys are fighting.
