Delay of Bike service from showroon service center

I have Jawa Bobber.I have driven nearly 8000 Kms this is the third service of my bike.I gave my bike to showroom service center for my bike service 1 month before still now they didn't give my bike.Whenever I called to service center they not gave me a right answer about my bike.I want to complain against that service center.But,I dont know what is the procedure.
நீங்கள் ஜாவா இரண்டு சக்கர வாகனம் வைத்துள்ளீர்கள் அதனை எட்டாயிரம் கிலோமீட்டர் ஓட்டியுள்ளீர்கள் தற்பொழுது அதில் உங்களுக்கு பழுது பார்க்கும் பொழுது சரியாக அந்த கம்பெனியினுடைய நபர்கள் பதிலளிப்பதில்லை உங்களுடைய வாகனத்தையும் இன்னும் சரி செய்யவில்லை இதற்கு நீங்கள் முறையாக அவர்கள் மீது நுகர்வோர் நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கு தாக்கல் செய்யலாம்
