Moreover they are elite people who run industry they can influence anyone,so i want a legal advice which makes them to stop dumping the wastage which gives foul smell.YOUR ADVICE MAY HELP YOU A VILLAGE. Please write to the authorities like
District Collector, Municipal authorities and Pollution control board. Lodge a complaint about the menace and if no action is taken then file a case under PIL to High Court

Hi
You can file a case of public nuisance under section 133 of Cr.P.C and get the police to remove the nuisance.
Alternatively you can also file a complaint against the shrimp processing industry to the DIstrict collector
Alternatively you can file a complaint to Andhra Pradesh Pollution control board(which has an online facility to register your complaint) and get the pollution control board close the unit till such time the pollution control norms are adhered.
If all of the above fails, you can approach the High court under Article 226 of Constitution and have the factory closed.

Sir,
I also came from godavari district where there is real problem with this animal or aqua waste. they may get permission for running of the shrimp industrial process but they will show there is no objection from the villager habitats. so you can apply to pollution control board and if they will not take any action you can file before pollution control tribunal
