I have purchased I property In which a family is on rent on first floor I have filed a suit in court for which evection ordered but they have got stay from highcourt
you can contest the matter in high court and by contesting the matter on merits you can vacate there stay and can proceed according to law but in the said case you have to do good pairve or else the matter get linger on for decade
