How to remove stay order from my land?

I'm belongs to a Hindu family. I have property in amethi, utter Pradesh. Neighbour making a road illegaly on my land without my permission. My mother giving 5 ft broad road to neighbours but he/she acquires my whole land. They are blocking my mother from bounding her land. They issue a stay order on my land through sultanpur district court.
So, please give me a suggestion how to remove stay order on property?

Do you have the copy of the stay order with you? You need to change the order passed and you will be required to move an application before the Court concerned to vacate the stay order passed in their favour.
