only 3 I'd of each party is required to file divorce by mutual consent under section 13(B) of hma... then court will fix date for mediation.... then accordingly will order... it can be filed at district in which marriage was solemnised..

We won the land case against the opposition in 1977, and they lost another case related to the same decree in 1990. Now, when I want to construct boundaries around my land, they are opposing it, claiming a stay order from the High Court in 2005. Is it possible for them to obtain a stay order from the High Court even after losing the case twice, and how long is a stay order valid?

Hello No there is no any stay order which can be permanent ., stay order is always a temporary order and is an interlocutory order. Whenever there is any stay there is a further listing order also, thus it can be vacated. Prima facie the most important contention is that you have to check whether the stage of listing is up to next listing or upto the stage for a fixed time period or whether the stay is for a particular format.Every stay order is made with issuing notice to opposite party.You can challenge the order

The in-law's family filed a fake case u/s 406 IPC on my sister in the year 2023. My sister filed a FIR on in-law's family . she has having one baby boy of 3 years oldwe had filed case u/s 125, and 498 A in Ghaziabad district and session court in the year 2021.
