Dear sir, Recently CCRAS conducted a written exam to select candidates for the post of research assistants. The answer key released by CCRAS had 14 mistakes. I raised objections regarding the wrong answer key but all my objections were declared null and void. Due to the incorrect answer key I was penalised negative marks for questions I answered right. This severely affects my chance of selection. Kindly advice me regarding the course of action i can take? Thank you

Q: Got govt job, but Trapped in 452
Hello sir/mam, this is Shailendra Singh from Raebareli, I got selected in a state govt. Job., before 1 year I was at home my uncle and 2 freind of my uncle taken fight to neighbors, I went there to take home my uncle, after that they filled fir against 4 of us including me. We didn't filled cross case now it's become us vs state of up. The charges are ipc 452, 323,325,504 and506. Now hearings is going on, district court is just giving next date again and again. 2nd party is now ready to compromise, can 452 be compromised? And what are other solution? Is my career ruined, or something possible?

you can move high court u/s 482 and provide the compromise letter along with the prayer of quashing of the case or stay and you will get the desire remedy which u desire , the compromise should be register on stamp paper and it will do
