How to cancel stay order from my land

I have an land and somebody bring co stay order from court but i m legal in my boundary how can i cancelled and in how much time that will broken co stay ?
Dear find a good lawyer, fight your case, on the basis of grounds which are in your favor, your stay will be vacated, but court mostly send a notice to the respondent before granting a stay order..More over you did not tell about the present possession on the land.. if you have possession then saty order will not effect you..

The defendant can challenge the stay order in the first instance before the same court that granted the stay order. This is done by filing an interim application to vacate such stay orders. If the same court refused to vacate the stay order, an appeal can be brought before the appellate courts. This includes high courts and supreme Courts.
