I have applied reissue passport as it was expired. I am divorcy but i mentioned in my application marital status SINGLE because i was not aware about that i have to mention there divorcy. now what should i type in this cause notice..
You need to mention that the mistake was unintentional and had occurred due to oversight. You had no intention to suppress the material facts from the authorities, mistake had occurred as the form was filled in haste manner.
