passport renewal,adverse PVR and pcc

1. I have a passport issued in 2014 from Bangalore on tatkal basis. 2. In 2018 some corrupt policemen filed a false ipc 353 ,504, 506 and also stole 1.6 lacs from my bag when I was inprison .false fir was lodged and then false chargesheet also filed and submitted . I made many complains to DCP ,newspaper ,also filed a private criminal complain against bangalore police. All cases going on. 3. In 2019 I moved to Lucknow . 4. In 2021 I applied for a pcc in Lucknow and the room said I have a adverse PVR and show cause notice issued in September 2016 on my pp issued from Bangalore .I was surprised. 5. Now I need a new pcc. Rpo in Lucknow said I have to apply for new passport because address is changed and then I can apply for a fresh pcc from Lucknow . 6. If I apply for a new passport in Lucknow and don't inform about my pending 353 case in Bangalore in my application form ,will the Lucknow rpo know about my ipc 353 case in Bangalore ? Can I hide this info ? I don't want to reveal .
