Q: Dispute is between my family and my father's sister family.

My grandfather died on 3rd dec 23, and father died on 2011, my grandfarher had 3 children 2sisters and 1 son(yongest), i am his grandchild, he left a property and he left documents of all his heritance in his cupboard. When i came from vizag to jalandhar address to do cremation to my grandfather my buva took all the documents and left. Now they are not showing if my grandfather made any will or his my post office books. Now what to do ???

In such cases it’s difficult to find whether your grandfather has executed any will in favour of you or not. The only way out left with is you can go Tehsil where in the property situated and check by giving particulars of your grandfather. Is there any document executed by your grandfather if you found that there is any will then you can file civil Case for transfer of property on the basis of that will

Q: If wife mentioned wrong facts in his maintenance case what action

Hi All....If wife mentioned wrong facts and register false maintenance case against husband what action in this regard court will taken against wife can court will grant interim or permanent maintenance to wife.Can wife incorrect maintenance case helps husband in divorce case. In how much time maintenance and divorce case will decide finally.Can wife appeal against this decision of court if yes where under which grounds in how much time wife appeal will decide finally.

In India, there is no strict timeline for disposal of cases. However, practically these cases takes 3 to 5 years but once party made up its mind either to reconcile or live separately, then it’s beneficial to express thoughts through mediation or any other method. So the case could be early settled.

Hi All...Can deserted wife without any reason , living separate from husband and cruel wife able to get alimony from husband at the time of divorce.How husband prove in court that wife willfully without any reason deserted husband wife not living with husband and wife is cruel.If husband is employed and it is difficult for husband to attend court proceedings again and again can on this ground husband able to transfer maintenance and divorce case from one district to another district procedure

If you will be able to prove the separation was willful, then there are chances Court may not grant maintenance to your wife. However practically it’s difficult to prove. For transfer of Case the law is settled convenience of women is to be seen but if they create such circumstances that you could not lead your case in fair and impartial method, then there are chances of transfer to other district

Q: how i can get bail. while i have not weapon.

i am in custody from last 7 months . fir date was may 2023. my friends and me were 14 frnds in three cars one c type gangster attacked on our cars with bricks and they were 3 friends along with his mom and sister. after that fight happened . gangster and his frnd died on spot one of them were injured and his mother was also injured . i was sitting down in car i did not get out. his siter also put her statement in challan that i was sitting in car all the time and police also did not recover weap

You can use the challan statement by the relative of victim for your bail and you also need to contend in your bail application that you were not with such kind of attack is planned by your friends. Then there are likely chances you may get bail from the court.

These people are totally fraud. Firstly they lay a trap to allure the people once money is loaded in the account they by one way or another transfer it for their own account for personal gains. You can file a complaint as well as a FIR against them.
