What should I do if I have not been given the common way as mentioned in my property sale deed which is 12 feet wide and 26 feet long of my plot which I had purchased earlier but the owner of the land has sold the part of common way to another party who bought after me, by which common way width changed into 8 foot on land and also in other party's deed there is mentioned of common way Which is 12 feet wide and 16 feet long. And the owner is not ready to correct his mistake. and also i want to know under which section owner get punished if I filled case on him.
