My C SAXENA college is not returning my fee money

Sir, I pay 5.5 lac rupee college fee by Cheque to the M C SAXENA medical college Lucknow in 2015-2016. Court stop mbbs course in college and order returns fee money to the students but college is not returning my money so please advise me what can I do legally.
