Q: I was in a relationship with one girl for last 3 years.suddenly one rishta came and she had a ROKA w
I was in a relationship with one girl for last 3 years.suddenly one rishta came and she had a ROKA with another boy. After roka also she was talking to me over phone. That boy was not interested in this marriage and his family was insisting him for marriage. The only wrong thing I did, I contacted the boy's brother on Facebook and told the girl wears glasses & her eye sight is weak (that is actually true) & she had a kundli dosh (that also true). It was on 24 March 2020. On 23 April I contacted the boy over call & told him that I need to tell him something about the girl. The very next day I realized my mistake and I texted him that I'm sorry for contacting him. The girl is good and he is very lucky that she is getting married with him. He made an issue & broke the roka. My gf knows everything about it. We are still talking to each other. But her family filed an police complaint on 2nd July 2020. They don't know me, they have my number only. Can police take any action against me?

Q: How to Stop my wife from doing bigamy
We get married performing nikah and also got court protection because we married against our parent wishes,after 5-6 month she went her parents home to convince their parents ,after that she start making excuses ,after waiting long enough I file rcr in local court,First they did not accept notice then after 3-4 month they reply to the court that she is not married, and many false allegations against me,then court ordered to personal appearance of her but she never appear to the court,now I heard with some source that they are looking guys to marry her ,I don't know what to do in this situation,I ask some lawyer they suggest me to file habeous corpus,but I know she clearly told me that their parents wants me to live with them and she will not go against their parents wish,plz help me ,how can I stop second marriage of her
