Hello sir/madam I have recently purchased property in adarshanagar nelamangala taluk. It's now municipal council. My questions are : 1) Is manual katha is valid or not? 2) Is manual katha issued by municipal council valid or not? 3) Getting building plan approvals based on manual katha is legally valid or not? 4) Is betterment charges higher for manual katha compared to e katha? Pls help me regarding this

Recently it has been made a rule that every Katha must be converted into E-Katha and the properties must appear on Google Map. Manual entries in respect old records is okay.
