I have 3 credit cards and 2 personal loan for which I have total outstanding amount is approx 8 lakhs. Due to unforseen circumstances, I am not in job since long time. I tried my best to pay all due but since jun' 2021, I am unable make it. Now it's been 5 months. Now I want to settle my all cards and loans. Please advice, in what percentage it will be settled and what will be the lawyer service charge for all this.
Hi Buddy usually in such cases companies recall the loan and forfeit premiums paid by you as penalty and ask you to pay in full. Whereas for credit card they will threaten you with legal proceedings. Both matters can be settled with principal plus minimum penalty amount. Our fees would be 55k all inclusive services.
