Obtaining settlement letter or NOC from TATA motor finance

In 2012 I have purchased a TATA ace from TATA I motor finance. And after paying few EMI I have surrendered the vehicle in 2014 to them. After almost 6 year. They did not close my account and not providing any settlement letter or NOC to me. Now they are asking me to settle but after paying a certain amount
Without knowing the real facts it will be difficult to comment . It is 6 yrs now and they are making a claim . First try to find out from them a statement of account of your loan with them and contact me .
