How can a false civil case filed in SC be quashed

10-Jul-2023 (In Civil Law)
A false Civil case has been filed against me, an SLP which was converted to CA without intimation to me. 1. No certificate of appeal from the high court which was mandatory. 2. No request made to the Supreme Court to waive the above mandatory requirement. 3. Thirdly, the case filed purely on hearsay and the entire case is based on fictitious, fake and false accusations stating that a “fraud has been committed on the high court” 4. Now my question is how do I file a motion hearing requesting the Hon’ble SC to dismiss the above case as “Dismissed as improvidently granted”. Does this provision exist in India? My request: "dismissed as improvidently granted" (DIG)—saying, in effect that the Court should not have accepted the case. As with the granting or denial of cert, this dismissal is customarily made using a simple per curiam decision without explanation. Incidentally I am Hindu, appearing in person in the SC & would much appreciate any guidance. What should I do?

Dear Sir,
It appears the procedure : "dismissed as improvidently granted" (DIG) is not in practice in Supreme Court of India. You may personally or through advocate may represent and get it dismissed.

Hi, Please make an application/submission to the Hon'ble Supreme Court that a false case has been filed against you which is malice in nature. Show cause to the court on the fraud where there is no proof to prove the accusations stated. Request the Hon'ble court to quash the Civil Appeal.

As I have been seeing since last 48 years in my profession most of the persons who conduct case as party in person think that he known the whole thing about the law even though he known nothing except speaking in stylish English using meaningless accent This may not be so in your case
Merely using some legal terminologies or knowing some irrelevant meaning from the internet one cannot become legal expert. Engage an advocate or go through the Free legal service provided in Supreme Court
