Declaration of title on adverse possession and permanent injunction

I have possession of land on basis of part performance contract since last 50 years but we didn't file suit for specific performance of contract in time period now owner of land trying to disturb our possession so can I take plea of adverse possession by support of new judgement of supreme court

If you are an occupier/possessor as a tenant, you cannot take advantage of the latest SC Judgement because it is not in your favor. However, we can still contest and file your case in court by filing an application to pardon us as we didn't come in time to seek specific performance of contract.

yes sir / madam basis the judgement of the Apex Court you can claim adverse possession of the land since you are having a part performance contract for the last 50 years. adverse possession gives you right to the property over a period of 12 years and more of being in possession of the property
