Hello,
It is mandatory to each party to attend the case on each date of adjournment. Particulars are insufficient. Who filed divorce case whether your sister or her husband. Who filed the affidavit. Whoever filed the divorce case it is must to attend the case on each date of adjournment. Whether have you obtained legal assistance. From the above narration we understand that the Respondent is Exparte- has not appeared inspite of serving notice. If that is the case then the court will go through the documents before it and shall pass order.
The Order in most cases will be allowing the prayer in the Petition. Your sister's presence is not necessary. However to know what order is passed she better appears before the court. Other wise she can apply for the certified order copy.
