sir please you have not stated that which court divorce granted , after decree you have to wait appeal time is now one month after that you have to re-marry . kindly verify once your decree , is there any mention time or not or any condition

I have been married for 7 years and have 3 years old daughter.ext day of marriage my MIL took away my entire jewelry given by my parents.for 6 years my husband and in-laws subjected me to severe physical and mental abuse.unable to bear anymore I came to my mother's house.I left their place taking only a pair of dress of my daughter.when i tried to get back to my in-laws place they did not let me enter the house. after waiting for months, having no other way I filed dowry,498a and breach of trust against my husband and in-laws.even counseling could not help. all my cases and allegations are true but i do not have evidence to prove .what do I do now. what may be the end result of my cases. we are muslims but my husband is a govt. employee. can he remarry without divorcing me.please give me advise.

I have been a victim of domestic violence by my husband police filed 498a case against him charge sheet has not yet been filed. Considering my situation as an advantage he has put up a condition to which if I agree he is ready reconcile I don't want to divorce him indirectly that's what they are looking for and also I m not willing to accept his condition.
