I have a court case pending against me for domestic violence. Though there is no charge sheet created against me yet but my name is present in FIR. My advocate got us the anticipatory bail. Could you please suggest if I can apply for a business Visa for US or UK
Yes , if the court doesn't impose a restrictions on you. You can also concern your advocate who is handling your case because he/she better knows the situation related your case. Ask him does court imposed any restriction on you at the time of granting bail or anywhere else.
