Can i travel abroad if there is a case pending on me

I have a court case pending against me for domestic violence. Though there is no charge sheet created against me yet but my name is present in FIR. My advocate got us the anticipatory bail. Could you please suggest if I can apply for a business Visa for US or UK

Yes , if the court doesn't impose a restrictions on you. You can also concern your advocate who is handling your case because he/she better knows the situation related your case. Ask him does court imposed any restriction on you at the time of granting bail or anywhere else.

yes you can travel abroad if the court has not specifically restricted you not to go abroad or your opposite party have taken a specific clause that you can go abroad to you can take plea in your bail or ur advocate can also suggest u or take further dates for further hearings of the court.

yes. if there is a case pending in court affiliated to civil law on you. you can travel abroad but for detail you must physically meet me after some quarry and conversation i shall convince and direct you.
