Sir Meri bahan ki sadi hui hai jiake husband ki bibi pahle se hai aur uske sath abhi talak clear nahi huwa hai but wo apne maike me rahti hai. Hum log muslim failily se hai kya pahli bibi ke dawara dusri bibi ke faimily pe case ho sakta hai kya please bataye.

nahi muslim law mei 4 marriage valid hei... first wife ke rahte wo dusri shadi kar sakte hei.... wo apne husband par maintainance ka case kar sakti hei par aap par nahi kar sakti case.. baaki aap iss baat ke liye ek daftar dakhil file kar do court mei

Q: Widow share in ansestral property

What will be a widow' s share in her deceased husband's anestral property. If she remarried, will she be entitled for same share?

your question is incomplete.... first you have to mention other family members details also...like mother of her husband and her children's and all.. generally widow has a right in her decreased husband property... for example if she has 2 childres than the property share will get divided into three parts ...one for widow and other two parts for her 2 children's...is she has only one child than property will divide in equal share for both.... if she does not have any child...than she is the sole owner for said property.

Q: Double Sold, Builder Run away, DRT Case

Hi, one of my home loan is going on. I paid the amount of EMI for 2 years and meanwhile the builder has stopped the construction and run away. after some NCLT trials we found that the same flat is sold to others also previously. So we have stopped the EMI and bank has filed the case in DRT because of NPA. Please suggest what should we do? I need some genuine answer to come out from the problem because i am suffering in this from long time. Thanks,

first check the actual ownership of said property... and then check... builder has the right to transfer that property or not ... if builder has the right to transfer that property...than the first buyer has the right of ownership...and second buyer of same property is void.

Q: Its taking so much time for judgement

My grandfather titled his property to my elder brother without informing my father and it has been 4 years now since trial was staryed but no judgment yet please tell me if there is any way for fast proceeding

Yes, you can move to highcourt and apply for fast processing of your case.. Highcourt will direct lower court to complete all legal process within six month or a year. Concern a lawyer he will guide you how to do this.
