Can I travel without telling the court in 498a
23-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have regular bail on 498a case with condition to take permission from court to travel abroad. I also have DV case. My company is asking me to come for residential visa application for 15 days. Should I inform court before leaving ? How many days it takes to get the permission? Will it affect my alimony amount ?
Yes…you must take a permission of the court if it’s a condition and written while granting you bail. After making the application the court will give you a date and on that date you must be present to tell the court as to why you want to visit abroad with all the relevant documents.

IPC sec 409 is non bailable it means only court has discretion to grant bail Or not such bail will solely depend upon the ingredients present in the case of your and any malafide in process followed in investigation
