Can Co-op society stop POA holder from attending AGM

Management of co op hsg society can stop to attend AGM to POA Holder behalf of owner of flat as per Maharashtra hsg socty act ?

No. If the POA is duly registered under registration act and has a specific clause to that effect giving the POA holder right to attend the meeting then the society has no right to stop the POA holder from attending the meeting.

plz go through POA has power of attending the AGM. If thereverything is no any such power mentioned in power of attorney.You or management committee may restrict the concerned from attending or participating AGM.

the must condition is Poa deed must be registered.

Please note that any other proxy or person with power-of-attorney is not eligible to attend the AGM of a society as a member.
