Can Co-op society stop POA holder from attending AGM

Management of co op hsg society can stop to attend AGM to POA Holder behalf of owner of flat as per Maharashtra hsg socty act ?
No. If the POA is duly registered under registration act and has a specific clause to that effect giving the POA holder right to attend the meeting then the society has no right to stop the POA holder from attending the meeting.

Members (including shareholders of the company) are entitled to vote and attend the AGM. Members can vote by postal ballot, physical ballot or e-voting. Only when voting by poll is involved can members appoint proxy to vote for them at an AGM. 11-Oct-2023

Can both joint owners attend AGM?
If there are more than one co-owners, I understand that the AGM is only open to the co-owner whos name appears on the share certificate. If he cannot attend, then the second co-owner can with written permission from the first. 14-Aug-2023
plz go through POA has power of attending the AGM. If thereverything is no any such power mentioned in power of attorney.You or management committee may restrict the concerned from attending or participating AGM.
