Our Cooperative Housing Society's present President & Committee mis using soiciety fund and do not sharing any details with members also not showing any expenses details with members and they are taking cash amount in big figure above 10,000 and paying to vendor in cash transaction also some bills not available in records also they are not ready to committee change ,also not follow any rules and with decided points which is in AGM but they are not following then how can we change committee, and how many person require to complain in district register against of this present committee ,nplease advise what is process and under which section and laws
first you can send simple application regarding expenses as well as legal notice along with all society member. all society member can give writen complain at your police station. iWhoever commits criminal breach of trust shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both..
