Language for writing minutes of meeting in housing society

24-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
Dear Sir, Is it true that in Maharashtra the minutes of meetings of a housing society have to be written only in Marathi and not in English? If so it is strange that the printed bye-laws in English are made available, but minutes cannot be in English, which is most commonly used medium for communication. Regards, M. R. Nayak
