Blank Signed Cheque misusing by filing Cheque bounce case

16-Oct-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
Cheque is bounced & party tried to encash my blank cheque which I gave them for some other purpose by misusing it I already transferred amt online 5 days back Informed over phone but they were not happy with security deposit refund after settlement I just look for maintenance of building & I am not owner of building neither agreement was made with me After getting their amt online They wrote 7 times more amt on cheque and it is bounced now I have stopped payment of cheque Now to be in safer side What all should I do ? Should i sent them legal notice for criminal offence of misusing my cheque before they actually send me legal notice of cheque bounce? Can I go to crime branch & report that person is trying to misuse my cheque What usually happen in case of any cheque bounce ? Will police consider the thing that even though amount was transferred online but still other person has deliberately deposited cheque in wrong way & misusing it ? what can be done for this ?

Dear Sir,
Ordinarily the police do not entertain cheque bounce cases and they ask you to face the trial..It is better to get issue a strong legal notice to them..Further it is dangerous situation and you will get legal notice from them within 30 days of bouncing of the cheques..Before you receive such notice you have to send a legal notice and avoid future complications...Please visit my office..

immediately please send the legal notice through a lawyer and inform them that you will file a criminal complaint if the cheque is not returned immediately. Even if they file a cheque bounce case also we can contest the matter. please call me urgently

We need to file a PCR for Misusing the said cheque and action will be taken for cheating and criminal breach of trust. We need to contest the matter and lead defense evidence to get you aquitted. I need to look at Complaint to advise you accordingly.
