Q: Seller father's name mispelled in absolute sale deed

Seller took the plot from a layout in 2002 and I purchased got registered in my name last month . Sellers details in absolute sale deed against my name is correct but his father name is mispelled as S/O seshshuraj instead of S/O seshuraj . Will it create any problem ?

For better conferment of title it’s best to execute rectification deed. If will not say it’s gonna create problem but, the seller my insist upon the same or in case the property goes to court, their may be issue with that regard especially in wills, letters of administration.

Q: property registration (Home - On three person)

Me and my sisters ( Two sister) are buying one home for my parents and we have to make so we can not register it to my parents . Me my brother in laws are equally investing in it. whether we can register jointly ( mean to say all three together)

Q: To know in how many days will he get the bail

An FIR under 307 is been filed on a person,in how many days will he get the bail before being arrested? But there isnt any mistake on his side.

307 deals with attempt to murder and it is a serious offense. You want to seek an anticipatory bail or regular bail? Anticipatory bail can be granted in Sessions Courts and it may take a week to get it. Adv Jamal Sait Bangalore

Q: evicition of old tenants in a property gifted to me..!

Dear Respected Members, Myself got property as gift through a gift deed by my father, without any conditions. But my father has made lease agreement in his name previous with tenants . Now i want these old tenants to leave. Can i send notice to them ? Should i pay back the lease money to them? Kindly advice please..!!

Q: Lorry Owner Was Arrested In Undersection 302

My friend has lorry he was owner, his driver made mistake owner slap his driver for negligency in his work and then he told his driver give my advance money back and dont come to job tomorrow,Next day by bp he is admitted in area hospital bidar after two days doctor refer to hyderabad osmania hospital they admitted that driver after 3 days he dies there,Driver wife made complaint on lorry owner because of his torcher my husband died,Then police taken lorry owner in custody, when they get postmortem report from osmania hospital they release owner,After 2-3month forensic report came in that forensic report shows head injury then police officer call that owner and remanded in under section 302, How many days it required to get bail, and that lorry owner had health problem because his ayurvedic treatment was continuing in ayurved hospital

You will get a bail easily as there was no mens rea criminal intention to kill a person. Even if district court rejects it, the High Court will grant it.If the lorry owner has just slapped then how can the victim get a head injury?
