Can i escape from cheque bounce cases by using this method ?

What if i signed false in a cheque and gave it to the person who in return gave me 20Lakhs. After Few days i file an FIR against the cheque that i have given, states that the cheque has been lost ? Would this strategy works for escaping from the cheque bounce cases?

No doubt the police will register a cheque lost complaint and would issue a non traceable certificate and also your bank may take action against the loss of cheque on your notification about it, but your intentions obviously amounts to cheating and fraud.
If the transaction for the amount received by you is proved by complainant then you will be convicted.

No. This would amount to cheating. provided But before that you need to tell us what you mean by false cheque? Do you mean that you will affix a signature which is not your ordinary signature? Or that you will create a cheque where you don't have an account at all? or false in some other way? false in what manner?
