I got a check on 29th Feb 2023, i deposited that Check on 2nd March 2023, and the check bounced, and it's been around 2 months i didn't take any action, is there any possibility to recover the money and I have the check and the bank statement letter

hi you could deposit the cheque in the ban for 2nd time and if it is bounced again then you need to send the notice as per law and within prescribed period of time and if he fails to repay then you could file cheque bounce case
