Criminal case for EMI bounce for 3 months

I have missed 3 EMI .getting mails from two person one for artibration and 2nd for criminal cas e420 .can both case charged same time .and i also want to know after how many days bank can charge criminal case
when you have missed consecutive 3 EMI then in that case bank has power or authority to charge you with criminal case under cheating and criminal breach of trust go for a settlement with bank otherwise you can get into a big trouble
