Can I settle the loan amount with principal amount only due to financial constraints.is there any possibility for court settlement without penalty charges.i am ready to settle the loan amount without penalty charges.if there any possibility to settle legally kindly inform
yes you can get rid of it and by getting ride of the penal interest you can settle the amount but you have to file a Suit against the against them saying that you ready to pay the amount but are the penal is just another interested hi and it must be drawn with our reasonable amount you are ready to pay
