Cheque bounce in personal loan

Hi All,
I need a advise here. I have received 2 letters from kotak bank of section 138. One from bangalore and one from ahemdabad. And they are saying now that one policeman and one advocate will come to your home for kurki. I am waiting for summon and the amount they mentioned on my blank cheque is not the emi m paying ...they trippled the amount in my cheque. Please help and give me advise first
Hi,it is advisable to reply to the notices issued by the bank ..Also offence under 138 is a bailable offence , so you can approach court and take bail without any fear of arrest..There can be no kurki as they have been trying to pressure you for the compromise

Hello if you have received a legal notice from Kotak bank you should rely the same with your defence. Kotak is making a false story that police or advocate will come for kurki. however after 15 days from receipt of legal notoce Kotak will file a case in court and thereafter court will summon you to appear before court and plead guilty or not.
