My phone was snatched on a public road, and within 30-40 minutes, the police apprehended the snatchers using location tracking, resulting in a case being registered for robbery and snatching. Now, the case is in district court. How can I obtain the return of my snatched phone from police custody? I have already submitted an application to the court for the release of my mobile phone (superdari application). What should be my next steps? I have a hearing in 4 days. Which documents should I bring, and what will be the procedures? Thank you.

you have to file superdari application through advocate for release of mobile phone from the court you have to annex bill of mobile phone and your id proof so that IO can verify the details on the basis of same....after that Magistrate will order IO for status report that if your phone should be released or not....then on basis of status report magistrate will order for relase from...police station on filling of indemnity bond in police station...

file police complaint under section 406 / 420 IPC at your concerned police station against the company or agency who have cheated you on pretext of job. moreover you can file complaint case against the culprit in court also and magistrate if thinks fit can order for registration of FIR against the accused or magistrate can investigate the matter also

Whenever a complaint is in police station or women cell a complaint number and PGO number is provided to the complainant on the basis of that number you can track your complaint. the status of the complaint can be tracked online also on mobile app.

Sir.My father was dismissed on 2002 from delhi police after 18 year of regular duty he was suffered from mental health problems not able to think positively even not able to stand alone so he didnt join his duty after several notice and suspension in the last my father asked to come to DCP office then he talked with him alone without think about his mental situation and dismissed him right away. In 2015 my father was no more with mental illness not even able to get up from bed no vision sight no blood nothing because our financial condition delhi police not even promise us for my father job to his son and not even give it to my mother now no pension for my mother and no job for me so i want to ask can my mother is eligible for pension because my father did their job for 18 year sir please reply if we can do anything about it thank you

first of all I would like to clear that if your father was suspended from the job then your mother is not entitled for the pension! Not even any one is allowed to apply for the job on compassionate grounds. your father must have approached cat and have taken VRS instead of getting suspended.

HiI want to know, is there any legal restriction on opening a rice godown in residential area on manohar park, new delhi -110026. And if there is, is there are procedure to remove those restrictions.

No you cannot open a Godown in residential area. To open the same you have to convert the property into commercial property by paying conversion charges to mcd. in case you are not following this terms laid by MCD then the property can be sealed
