the only way is by filing an appeal at supreme court and there is some hope but after few days, but filing in supreme court should not cost you much many lawyers charge high. you can try out at supreme court for your relief.

you can go for bail by surrendering your self by bail prayer but all papers should be with you for o grounds why your bail was rejected by High Court yes have have to bear the expenses whatever will occur as you will apply for anticipatory bail...

You can file before the Supreme Court of India for granting the bail for the relief or you can also file bail application before the High Court after few days on fresh ground. You can also opt for surrender-cum-bail.

I will not advise you to go supreme court for anticipatory bail rather wait sometime or it is not always necessary to get bail it is the discretion of the investigating officer to arrest you or not so unless and until I don't get the exact idea of your case I can't advise you so what I suggest you contact my office so that I can give you a proper advice I have dictated the answers of the maybe some discrepancies thank you

hello client as i xan read ur issue is seems to ve very urgent matter . as you said your anticeparory bail has been rejected by the high court so in this matter we need to act as per law only if you your are going to serrender in the court to get arrested so in tht case bail will bot be possible easily wiyjout order from high court or supreme court. so in this matter we need to move supreme court as best solution .
