One of my neighours installed cc cameras in the common spaces of our apartment on all floors and in front of my flat also forcefully , where a cc camera is already installed by me and denied to share the link. Under this circumstances please suggest us appropriate legal advice for our security and peacefull livings.

atfirst you should file a gd against them in your local police station, after that you should have appointment with a legal counsel, and file a case infront of ld. SDO under section 107 of Cr. PC. after that i guess he will not do anything but if he did then just go to police station and file a fir against him, he will remain quite after that.

Q: Case has been dismissed in 2019, and now I have to declare for my DV.
In 2015,parents of a student allegedly file FIR against me for beating his child brutally. The case continued for nearly 4 years, and in 2019 the case has been dismissed in my favour. Recently in the month of Jan2024,I have been selected for document verification in Eklavya Model Residential School ( under Ministry of Tribal affairs),and in Document verification process,an undertaking regarding this has been asked. Whether there would be any problem related to such incident? Kindly guide me Sir!!

there will be no issue, best part is ho to court, appoint a legal counsel, give him your case number, ask him to have the information of dispose matter, take it, and if any question is asked then just show that document, thats it, no issue to be tensed.

the matter is relay upon suicide note bro. if she commit suicide and leave a suicide nite then initially you may be in detention but after got bail and furthee proceeding, you can be proved innocent just because they dont have any proof and this cases are too much tough for prosecution to proof. specially, if she is from another state then just dont worry, block her, tale a deep breath and relax.
