Can Abroad Seating Person Ask For Anticipatory Bail

My husband did escaped India with my passport and other educational documents we are married in 2017 i have registered FIR in nashik with section 406 ,498 ,420 ,323,504,506 ,509 ,34 . Few month back my in-laws have taken anticipatory bail .ow in court my husband asking for AB is it possible ?
Well, asking for a AB, i. e, Anticipatory Bail is his right. The Court may grant him Bail by looking at the legal weightage of the evidence is on whose side. The Court will decide the case on merits. The Court may or may not reject its Bail depending upon several factors which we will discuss.
