Sir... This is for one of my friend\n\n The Husband was only 19 years old during the time of marriage and wife was 28 years old. It was a forcible fradualant marriage. The divorce decree was granted by district court by exparte divorce and it was without any maintenance given to the wife as well as for child the verdict was passed 8 years back. Can the wife claim any support and maintenance for 12 years child, wife is in govt job now? Divorced husband is in private job .

Have paid 45 L as alimony / maintenance through out side court settlement and got divorce now. Is there any possibility for the child to file a new case for maintenance for her in future?

My wife had filed a Dv case on me earlier and I just found it out. We have not received any notice from the court or heard from her lawyer till date. As per the online search found out that she has file case under 12, 18 a b, 18 d f, 19 (8),20,22 by her lawyer. nWe have never taken or demanded a penny from the girl's side. Had been staying apart since years now. I stay abroad she stays in India, Tamil Nadu. nOnline status shows two dates of hearing passed. With both of purpose of hearing states: service pending. nnnAnd when checked in depth on the last date of hearing it shows petitioner absent sent fresh notice r1 and r3 though protection office and the next hearing date. Can anyone brief me on this
