Q: How to get court order to return my wife from USA along with child

My wife left to USA 2 years back along with 5 year old child. She is also not even ready to show the child via video calls and I am fighting in visitation rights. Meanwhile, she clearly says that she won't return to India and I have to see the child only through video call throughout the life if visitation approved and demanding divorce. Can we pray the high court to issue an order to return her from USA because my parental rights and opportunity to meet my child in person is lost totally?

you can file a petition for child visitation right or for child custody when the when your wife denied the rights which was provided to you by law and you can also file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights for the reunion of your wife it is a duty of the wife to live at the place of the husband

Q: Transfer of my mother property when she at coma

Hi sir.my mom died at 2019.she died due to illness(coma).when she at coma I transferred all her properties to me .now my sisters ask me the property.because I transferred all my mother properties when she at coma.what can I do sir??

i want to put bore well in my plot but it comes under layout permises where 40 houses are there and they are giving petition to panchayat leader against invidual bore in layout permises because it close to panchayat bore well around 150 meters.and panchayat leader telling me assosiciation registered in government so they have power to stop.pls guide they have power or not.

Oh yes, he is not ready to give me divorce because we r married and destined to live together till we die, told my parents that he is ready to accept me and give me a life even though I have done mistakes and talk to other men, he simply wants to torture me.
