Q: T. S. No correction in sale deed when seller and buyer was not alive
Myself and My mother are. Legal heirs of property. We are owning property for past 25 years by paying all Govt Taxes. Sale deed of document is in my father's name which was registered during 1995 .Recently came to know that T.S.No and Block No mentioned in sale deed document is not correct. But R. S. NO mentioned in the sale deed is correct. This incorrect T. S. No and Block Number had been carried from previous deed which was registered during 1978.How can we rectify T. S. No and Block Number in 1978 and 1995 deeds? . I have also approached Tasildhar office and obtained dully Tasildhar signed Report for Correct T. S. No and Block Number.Please share your suggestions. Q: an False FIR lodged against me how do I get relief from that
sir on 2018, feb 19, I went my home town for medical check up and I have computerized blood test report with date and place and also having doctor’s consult report .on 20 feb there was fight between two groups in my college ,one party deliberately put my name on complaint and police Filed an FIR, later they sent me police notice that shows I have been called for investigation to police station, and 147 and 323 of i.p.c is filed against me, I explained them I was not there(where crime happened) during that time and I submitted my proof of travel tickets and blood test report along With a letter, later both parties were compromised in police station (because two parties are filed FIR) so when I search the FIR status on their portal that showed *REFERRED(Further action dropped) and I went that police station and asked them to check my name in that FIR, they said still my name is exist , so is that means I cannot go to government jobs? And what should I do to remove my name from that FIR?

I applied for out of court one time settlement for divorce asking my husband 25 lakhs.. My lawyer doesn't gaved me any documents he is always saying its out of court so all documents are in judge only.. And he asked my all my jewels as he said my husband says to judge that he putted all the jewels so judge asked my jewels for verification and my lawyer doesn't allow me to come to court.. And its been 6 months but my lawyer is saying case date is go on bending.. Finally he is saying my husband submitted 25 lakhs.. But my husband doesn't ready to come to court he gonna applied for apparel on high court. So my lawyer said on the date which judge tell date we go and took 25 Lakshs and come home. But my lawyer doesn't give me any documents still.. And he is often telling judge changed the date.. I dnt know what to do..

Sir we are Hindu, My brother got married in January 2019. This is second marriage for both of them. After marriage his wife was with him for max of 6 months. In this course of time lot many times she would fight with him and go to mom house and stay there for a week or so. In August 2019, she had a fight like this and went to mom house and never turned up despite of call many times. It's more than a year now they are threatening us like going a maintenance case.All the marriage expenses was taken by us. Please provide us directions in this.

They don't have Registered document during registration because that is "Natha porambokku" land but they had a patta with their grandpa name ...The patta owner had a 2 men and 1 women. We received land from one of the patta owener son ( Not alive now ). Now the patta name recently transferred another son name ( not alive )...The newly transferred patta it's covering my complete land details. Now they are saying that complete land is belongs to only one son because they transferred patta name .... But they don't have any registered document. ..... How can deal this ?
