Hi Sir,Last may 27 I got married,But we faced lot's of Problem. I need to know about fourgery marriage and how much time its taking to get Divorce and any idea about divorce case expenses

For filing divorce petition both have to appear in court while filing mandatory period is six months to complete the proceedings after that get the order of mutual divorce documents are marriage invitation and photos and resident proof

Few months back I have put conjugal rights case since my wife did not return from her mothers place and after several mediation she did not return. The hearing date for conjugal rights case was 16-10-19 but now I have received a court summon that my wife put a Divorce case on cruelty ground-Section 13(1) (ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act and the hearing is on 15-11-19. What I should do from my end if I don't want to continue with this relationship

Hello sir what u filed is you can proceed with the by your legal points and if your wife also filed case against you for divorce and both the case wil run parallel way and you both have to prove the own case

Hello sir no need to get permission from central government authority because family issues are personal issues there is no rule like that to get permission it can be done by situation and priorities and if u have any further doubt cal me sir thank u

I have cheated my money by someone who is getting product from me and not give money for the same just he gave one cheque which mentioned 344000 when I was deposited this cheque for clearance it was bounce due to insufficient amount. Q: I want to close my case filed against my Bf

Hi I have filed a case against my Bf cheating and rape , promise of marriage . He was 55 days inside jail and released on bail. I struggled alot in this whole process even though I have all evidence.. charge sheet is pending for past 3 to 5 months.. now my current situation is very bad.. I DNT have money to proceed this case.. and also my parents are old and very sick to struggle with me.. I have lost everything . Now I want to make things right.. watever I struggled for is more than my power.. I want to get rid of this case .. I DNT want money from him or marriage life .. and I DNT want to see his face or punish him.. u can understd how furstated and weak I am.. I want to close this one.. immediately as soon as possible . Is there any possibility to do that.. case has been filed under 376 a ,416, and two other section.
