The hearing date for conjugal rights case was 16-10-19 but now I have received a court summon that my wife put a Divorce case on cruelty ground-Section 13(1) (ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act and the hearing is on 15-11-19. Hi I have filed a case against my Bf cheating and rape , promise of marriage . He was 55 days inside jail and released on bail. I struggled alot in this whole process even though I have all evidence.. charge sheet is pending for past 3 to 5 months.. now my current situation is very bad..
