Stay on transfer of govt.employees on ground of child's education

Sir,I and my wife both are u.p.government class two employees.my child is studying in class 10 to be appered in coming cbse bord examination.both we are transformer d to another district.I want to put stay here till examination of my child.

It is in the best interest of yours to go through the departmental transfer policy and stay thereof on the ground of children education ground. In case they don't consider you, definitely you can approach High Court for stay.

Since, the order of transfer in your case and your wifes's case has been passed mid-session, you may approach the High Court by way of challenging the transfer order. The court may Grant you some relief.

you can file a representation before the concerned authority. If the same has not been heard you may go to the High Court of your state by way of writ petition under article 226 of the constitution of India for obtaining the direction of mandamus.
