DG and transformer being setup next to our unit by a commercial site

There is a commercial site behind our house which is setting up a DG and transformer right next to the boundary wall of our unit. This means a lot of inconvenience to us in long term , namely sound from DG, pollution, view obstruction, safety hazards as DG will run on diesel and assuming a lot of it will require storage, high voltage wire creating further safety issues next to our building not even 10 feet away, labour and other personnel will be seen there all the time, safet concerns as it might not be manned always leading to safety comcerns, pollution next to our house etc. how can we stop them from making it here and get them to move to a different location or basement of their site. We discussed it with them personally but they are not agreeing stating the architect has created it to be that ways. Can we take a stay order and how? Is it going to be too much of legal concern or can be done easily. Thanks
