This is Sachin Chaudhari from Junar, Pune, Maharashtra
I am a farmer and in my farmland MSEDCL / MSEB illigaly installed 3 Transformers in my farm, i.e. without our permission.
It has been their from last 30+ years
I want to take a action against it and if possible componsation also.
Wants to know the procedure
Well, you can file a case of Private Nuisance before the concerned City Civil Court in Pune. You can claim compensation in Lakhs or Crores along with Litigation expenses. You can claim Mental Harassment Cost too.
